For the corporate website of Komatsu, under Marubeni Distribution and Service, we led the UI/UX design work. Our goal was to create a corporate digital experience that communicates the product range and service structure more clearly, helps users reach the information they need quickly, and accurately reflects the brand’s global strength in the local market. To achieve this, we restructured the information architecture, redesigned page templates and content hierarchy, and crafted a modern, confidence-building interface language.
While software development was carried out by a third-party team, OctoStory took on the project management role: requirements gathering, planning, approval workflows, and the coordination of testing and launch readiness were handled by us. After the website went live, we continued to support long-term sustainability; our content production and content management services are still ongoing to keep the brand’s digital storefront up to date and to strengthen its organic visibility.
