Emlakjet Jetsat

Emlakjet’s new service Jetsat, we brought to life a three-film advertising series aired on TV and online, led end-to-end by OctoStory. The creative starting point was clear: to make visible the everyday sense of being “stuck” felt by people who want to sell their home immediately, through scenes where everyone can recognize a piece of themselves. Based on this, we built three distinct stories: a dog turning the house upside down, a father trying to work in a 1+1 home while sharing the same space with his young child, and an employee waking up hours early just to make it to work on time.

This trilogy brought different motivations together under a single insight and clarified Jetsat’s value proposition in one line: “Fast solution, fast sale.” From concept development and script language to creative direction and the series-based film logic, the entire creative process was handled by OctoStory. The result was a powerful series film language that performs strongly across both television and digital, delivers the message in the first seconds, and drives audiences straight toward Jetsat.
