Frequently Asked Questions

What do you do in the first 30 days? What deliverables do you start with, and what success criteria do you set?

In the first 30 days, we focus on two things: (1) accurate diagnosis and (2) fast but controlled first outputs. We start with a short kickoff, align on goals, and document the success criteria. Then we analyse the current state, set up the strategy and production workflow, and launch the first content and campaign tests. By the end of 30 days, you will have clear KPIs, a channel and content plan, the initial creative direction, a measurement setup, and a consistent reporting cadence.

How do you split responsibilities between strategy, creative, production, and performance? Is “ideas” or “results” the lead?

We don’t label ourselves as “traditional” or “next-gen”. We build the right mix based on what the job requires: strategy sets the direction, creative makes it memorable, production executes it flawlessly, and performance measures and improves it. For us, the lead is always results, but the engine that gets us there is ideas. That’s why we structure every project from day one around clear KPIs and a defined process, fuel production with data, and optimise creative through fast testing when needed.

How do you structure the scope? Which services are “must-have” and which are “nice to have”?

We don’t build scope around “what should we produce?”, but around “which goal do we pursue and in what order?”. First we clarify the objective, audience, and measurement foundation (brief + KPIs + tracking). Then we define the message architecture and creative direction, and build channel-based content/creative production and an execution plan on top of that. The “must-haves” are typically: strategy and content pillars, consistent content production, core design systems, and a measurement-reporting-optimisation routine. The “nice to have” elements come in as the need matures: larger-scale productions (films/shoots), always-on performance campaigns, influencer/PR, advanced automation/CRM integrations, and website/landing page development. In short, we build a strong backbone first, then add muscle.

Where do you use technology/AI to improve efficiency, quality, and measurement? What does your reporting and measurement setup look like?

We use technology not as a “fancy tool list”, but to speed up delivery, standardise quality, and measure outcomes. In production, we streamline repetitive work from brief to design through automation workflows, reduce errors with versioning and quality control, and we also use AI tools as assistants to accelerate ideation, generate copy variations, create first drafts, and run fast iterations. Because every social media tool has a different strength, we don’t lock ourselves into a single platform. We quickly select and adopt the right tools based on each brand’s needs. On the performance side, we make all campaigns and content trackable through UTM structure, pixel/tagging, and event setup, then use weekly pulse check-ins and detailed monthly reports to clearly see what works and what doesn’t. In short, for us technology is not the goal, it’s a system that delivers measurable efficiency and sustainable growth.

Who is the agency’s core team, what is the seniority mix, and who approves and owns responsibility?

We are a 14-person boutique team with a corporate mindset. On the client side, the process is led by our Client Director, Ümmüş Özgün Bilir. Creative quality and direction are owned by our Founder & Creative Director, Samet Koşar, and governance is supported by our Managing Partner, Ecem Yurtman. This leadership structure creates a single backbone for the account, with writers, art directors, motion designers, social media specialists, and digital strategists working underneath. Our team turnover is low compared to industry norms; when needed, we can also strengthen and scale specific capabilities quickly through our freelance pool. For software and production needs, we work with the same trusted third-party partners we’ve collaborated with for the past 10 years, which makes our partnerships long-term and our processes stable.
