In this project for Emlakjet, we renewed the brand’s communication from the ground up after identifying that its long-standing slogan, “Sen o evi hayal et gerisi Emlakjet”, was no longer delivering the expected impact on the target audience and was falling short of representing Emlakjet’s expanding range of services. As OctoStory, we developed the new slogan, the creative concept built to carry it, and the full execution ecosystem that brought the concept to life across touchpoints.

The most critical strength of the work was designing the new slogan as a versionable structure. This enabled Emlakjet’s different services and value propositions to be communicated clearly under a single, unifying “umbrella statement.” We then translated this strategic backbone into a comprehensive set of executions, led by out-of-home (OOH) creatives, creating a new communication system that conveyed the brand’s scope and ambition more directly, more powerfully, and more memorably. To further strengthen recall and brand signature, we also developed the jingle, ensuring the brand gained a stronger, more consistent, and more recognizable identity not only visually, but also in sound.
